At Schwinn, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in new, unassembled condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully disassemble your bicycle or gear and secure it in the original factory box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Drop Off

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
